Veer Savarkar All India Sea Swimming Competition
My love for open water swimming began at just 9 years old when I took on my first sea swimming competition from Chorward to Veraval. The treacherous Arabian Sea, known for its massive tidal waves and deadly sea creatures like giant jellyfish, provided the perfect backdrop for me to test my mettle. Despite being the youngest participant in the event's history, my determination and passion for open-water swimming was ignited.
I went on to participate in the same competition two more times, solidifying my love for the sport. It was through these experiences that I discovered the incredible power of pushing myself to the limit and overcoming obstacles.
